Steven Chu, CEO & Clinical Supervisor
Steven Chu, owner of Valley Prosthetics & Orthotics, is an American Board of Certification (ABC) Certified Practitioner in Prosthetics and Orthotics. With over 20 years of rehabilitation and patient care experience, Steven can utilize his broad base of knowledge and experience with each patient. Steven started VPO to provide his patients with the highest level of personal care and attention while offering access to the latest in prosthetic and orthotic technology. Steven’s focus is on personally attending to each patient’s individual needs.
Christopher Snyder, L/CPO
Chris Snyder is a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist who started at Valley Prosthetics & Orthotics in June 2012. While in high school, Chris developed an interest in the O&P profession. He graduated with a B.S. from Slippery Rock University and later from Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, with post-baccalaureate certificates in both Orthotic and Prosthetic practitioner programs. He is a U.S. Army veteran, having served tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Mark Hergenrather, L/CPO
Mark Hergenrather is a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist who joined the VPO team in May of 2020. Mark has always had an interest in biomechanics and developed a passion for orthotics and prosthetics while in college. Mark attended Shawnee State University where he earned and B.S. in Athletic Training and continued his education and Eastern Michigan University earning his Master's of Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics. In his free time he enjoys playing soccer and golf.
ZACH LeBlanc, CPO
Zach LeBlanc is a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist who joined the VPO team in October 2023. Zach earned his Master’s in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Washington, and his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western Washington University. He started his career in the state of Colorado and recently moved to Pennsylvania. Zach is dedicated to providing quality care to those in his community by focusing on the individual needs of each person in our office. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, camping, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
Cameron Do, CPO
Cameron Do is a Certified Orthotist and Board Eligible Prosthetist who joined the VPO team in January 2022. Cameron first became interested in prosthetics and orthotics in high school and realized he wanted to pursue the profession while working in a research laboratory as an undergraduate student at Penn State. He later graduated from Northwestern University where he obtained a Master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golf and hockey.
Jennifer Hutchens, Office Manager
Jen Hutchens joined the VPO team in 2012. She has been in the medical field for over 12 years with previous experience in DME and O&P. She received her Associates degree from Northampton Community College with a major in Office Administration in 2010. More recently she became certified as an Orthotic and Prosthetic office specialist in order to continue to provide our patients with the best overall experience at VPO. She manages all administrative operations of the practice including insurance billing, medical records and patient satisfaction. Jen is very courteous and will always find the time to assist with making an appointment or trying to answer all insurance questions. With her eagerness to learn and dedication to her work, she always takes that extra step for patients and her co-workers.
Kendra Kulp, Administrative Assistant
Kendra Kulp joined the VPO team in May 2022. With 3 years in Healthcare under her belt, she is new to the world of Orthotics and Prosthetics. Her willingness to learn has made it easy for her to transition into the industry. Having previously worked in a Podiatrist's office, she came into this career with basic knowledge of the mechanics of feet and the use of orthotics. With an eagerness to succeed, she uses all resources to answer any questions or concerns you may have as a patient. When not in the office, Kendra loves to spend time with her family.
